Be careful closing the 60-40 tailgate - don't place your hand over the break between the sections. A nasty pinch will result. I learned this after about 5 pinches.

Yea, 1 time should have been enough. You know, like throwing out those silly plug guards in electrical outlets around the house. The kid will learn to leave them alone after the first time of sticking his finger in there.

Haven't come close to that one yet, neither of my hands is on the gate or the truck as the gate is shutting.

However, my lady does have a nice scar on her calf now from sitting in the truck with the MFT open, right after parking. Yeah watch out for those exhaust tips if you are doing something like that, or loading/unloading something using the MFT. Love it otherwise, still one of my favorite features on the truck.
