Clock won't change in different time zones

The clock on my 2020 Laramie will not automatically change when I pass into a different time zone. I have gone into the settings and selected to have it change automatically using the gps.
When I've entered a different time zone and go into settings and "uncheck" the auto change box and recheck it, it will change the time but won't change it automatically. Any ideas why?

Do you have Nav? If so, does it work correctly? My Nav quit working and everything associated with it including clock sync. The dealer replaced the radio, and it all works now. They tried some updates first which didn’t help mine, but it would be worth a shot to try.
