Hi guys, new guy here. So I acquired our new-to-us 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn and it was modified by the previous owner. 6" Rough Country lift with 37x13.5" tires. I immediately dealt with the rubbing issues upfront but we've decided to add fender flares since we have about 2-3" of poke all the way around.

I picked up a set of Rough Country Sport Flares that should do the job but I'm hesitant to install them because I don't think they'll flex enough to avoid rubbing at the spats area. Has anyone done this without destroying their flares? I thought about clearancing more of the fender and then trying a heatgun to massage the flares further back but haven't tried it. I'd like to keep the flares looking good if possible.

Please share any of your experiences! Thanks!

I wouldn't risk destroying the Flares with a heat gun..high likelihood of that going bad.
I'd say lift it more, but not what you'll want to hear.
Shorter tire, 12.5", less offset, or live with it?
Love the look❤️
