Cleaning rebel dash pad

Anybody have suggestions on the best way to clean the rubber type dashboard material in the Rebel? It seems to be a dirt magnet and it doesn't really wipe down easily.

It doesn't leave a shine and doesn't cause glare. It says it smells like "new car." I don't think so, but it does smell nice.
