Which would you all go with , I’m looking for a smoother ride at lower speeds
 
Lifted, lowered or stock? Those responding will probably need to know.
 
Also curious the results and think you did well to note you are looking for improvement at LOW speed… that’s important.
 
Generally Eibach makes the ride stiffer and more "sporty". My Bilstien front level rides like stock
 
Eibachs ride like they were stock as well. Although I haven’t had stock in a year or so my truck still smooth
 
So I’m going with two inch level in the front want to avoid pucks
 
I’ve had eibachs and fox 2.0’s on the RAM so far. Eibach rode stiffer than stock, and fox were more plush than stock. I haven’t done more than one ride in a RAM with bilsteins, so I can’t comment on that.
 
I think if you are going to level 2" any method that compresses the spring, such as Bilstein or Eibach will yield a slightly stiffer ride. since Fox is its own spring and shock it will most likely be the smother ride but of course you will pay for that. I have Bilseins with ORG springs set on 4 and the ride is pretty good, but I do think it is a little harsh if you hit a good pothole and I am thinking of dropping a notch or going to a different spring that I don't have to compress as much. The Eibachs would be very similar to the Bilstein's I would think, but do not have experience with them. I am not a big fan of spacers either.

Doesn't matter what suspension you have, if you hit a good pothole you will feel it

if you offroad a lot or enjoy going relatively fast on washboard surfaced roads, go with King with adjusters or Fox 2.5 DSC.
if you have the dough, go with Thuren or Carli.

edit: if you want smooth ride at slow speed then go with Fox 2.5 DSC. You can adjust low speed compression that helps with your low speed performance.
 
I don't have any issues with the bilsteins and expansion joints or or even the speed humps at 30-40mph. It is all in what type of driving you do and how much money you want to spend. I rarely go off road but I have been known to go over a curb or two to park where cars can't at events or when the lots are full of snow. Off roading was for when I was young. My body can't take all that now, but it was fun back n the day. Nothing like through 4 rooster-tales of muddy water up in the air.
 
Thx for all the help , went with the bilstein 6112 in the front 5100 b8 in the rear with eibach 1” lift springs in the rear
 
BTW - I installed the Eibach 1" rear springs and got about 1-1/2" lift. It could be because I have a Quad cab instead of the Crew cab. It was fine with me because I didn't want the leveled look.

Holly **** quad cabs still exist!
