Check trailer connection light

Hi all!! I have a question about my 2025 ram 1500 sport. I just tried hooking it up to my trailer today. My truck has the light test button which seems to nothing at all. I’m assuming that there is maybe some update or something that can be done to fix that. But after I unplugged the trailer I got the check trailer connection light in my instrument cluster. Same as my old truck I thought no big deal so I cycled the ignition. But the warning kept coming back. I got home and let the truck sit for about five and it went away. Just wondering if this is normal on the new trucks or if anyone else is having the same issue. These trucks have soo much technology now so you are bound to have some issues but would be nice to know I’m not alone.
