The stock 20" Laramie rims have a +19 offset. If I go with a +18 offset it will push the tire out 1"?

It is like .04 inch. You will not notice. I thing 0mm would be close to 3/4 of an inch.

Offset is in millimeters. A millimeter is about 1/25th of an inch. You won't see it

Im running -18 and I poke out
