Cheap set of all terrain tires for winter.

I just picked up some 22" wheels that I'm going to put Nitto 420s tires on. I love those tires for street use. I've had 2 sets of them on my last truck. I want to take my stock 20" wheels and put a set all terrains on for winter use. I don't want to spend a lot since these are just my winter tires. I don't care about high mileage since these tires will expire before I hit the wear marks. Any suggestions?
