What's the minimum charging amps and the maximum for the 48volt etorque battery pack?

Input voltage is low. It's says it needs 4 batteries

You're asking about the 48v etorque battery in your original post, but you attached a link to power inverters in your second. I'm unclear as to what you are asking with this thread. If you want to add a power inverter to your truck, you attach to the 12v main battery, not the 48v etorque battery.
