Charging issues

I recently purchased a 21 bighorn and the battery was having issues after 3 months of owning it. I changed it out and noticed it used to charge at 14.5 volts but now only at 13 volts . Is this normal?

If so, we have smart charging systems. And it will not send unnecessary charge to a full battery.

If not, not sure if smart charging is in place.

Yes, it is normal. A new battery requires less charging so the voltage is lower. It will gradually creep back up over the months. Ironic, I know.
