Changed out chipped door handle caps. Now passive isn't working at all.

Worked fine prior to changing the caps. Now no passive unlock or lock with button on either side.

Did you make sure to get the right caps for passive entry? It sounds like you didn't. They have a magnet in them.

Magnet in the end cap or the handle?

There are 2 parts to the door handle. The handle itself and the cap with the magnet in it. You need to make sure you have both of the ones for passive entry. There are ones for passive entry and plain ones for non-passive entry.

The pockets are there, just popped the magnets out of the old and in the new and good as new! Thanks for the info and have a great night!

You are welcome and I'm glad you got it to work.
