Center console conversion?

Can you send me any info you have for the bench to console conversion.
What parts I need and will Apple CarPlay still work

Ok so look, if you're buying a console you'll also need to buy a few other things that will complete the look on your truck. If the console comes with a harness then you're okay. If not you're gonna have to buy one.

When I did the swap I swapped back bracket so I'm not really sure if it's the same one as the bench seat one but here.

To combine some of the part searches for those of wanting to do this and not swapping with someone.....You will need these few parts most likely:

Rear Console Bracket

And yes Apple CarPlay will work without issues.
My Apple play didn't stop working like some forum members mentioned and I'm not sure why. Even if it does, dealer could fix for you. I'm guessing it didn't go out cuz I disconnected the battery for only a brief period of time to do the splicing and hooked back on.
Anyways mine worked without a hiccup.

First thanks for all your help
I have completed the swap. I found liquid damage to wiring, usb ports due to a spilled soda from the donor truck that was involved in a accident. I found the USB ports weren’t working so I use the parts from my center seat. After reviewing wiring diagrams for consolepin trucks vs bench seat I decided to use the wire harness from my bench seat to be sure of no other electrical issues. As a result I extended cd plug wires, front 120 volt plug and charge only usb wiring in center console
Soldered / shrink wrap as needed. Wrapped wiring back so it looks like factory and installed.
Everything works perfect.
will put the seat, dash drawer and rear metal bracket up for sale.
Since I used the harness and my son broke the the little tray on that goes on the floor in front of the center seat.
Seat is immaculate- New minus the harness
I will sell all dirt cheap $ 275 - $300 since whoever buys will need to purchase a harness for the seat

I’m going to be buying a 2019 RAM Laramie with the center bench seat but would prefer the center console. Let me know if you’re still interested. I should have my truck in about 2 weeks

I'm interested in swapping (if you haven't already). I have the 2 tone brown/tan leather seats with jump seat. I'm in central Florida. If you're anywhere near here maybe we can work something out if you're still interested

Did you have any problems with the carpet? I’m reading this topic so far and it seems pretty straight forward of just needing the brackets and the usb extender from Amazon right? Of course sourcing the console is the main problem.

Quick question and I know this may sound ridiculous but hear me out. I'm stuck between 2 trucks. One has 4x4 and a 3rd seat and the other is 4x2 with the center console. At this dealer to get 4x4 AND the center console you have to look in the 50k bracket of their inventory.

Before anyone says shop other dealers, this will be my 3rd vehicle from this place and they've always given me great deals so I've stayed with them.

My question: Is it possible/uncostly to remove the 3rd seat and install the center console?

I ordered a complete center console off ebay for $500 and swapped it in myself. I have a 2019 2500 Tradesman Diesel

I found mine on eBay for $500, then I sold my jumpseat for around $350.
