I'm looking for a magnetic cell phone holder for my '25 Limited. I'm looking for the best option. I tried a rearview mirror option but it wasn't long enough to get past the big screen. I don't particularly care for the vent holders as I want cold air in my face here in GA.

Anyone care to share their best option that works for them/ best location with pics?

Thanks

Your truck has a cell phone holder wireless charger spot.. does that not work?

your truck has a cell phone holder right under the big screen in the middle.
then if you want wireless charging that's way better and faster, grab yourself one of those Anker wireless charging pad, a USB-C cable (if it doesn't come with one), and a 110v USB-C brick and plug that to the inverter outlet under the big screen.

Use 3M VHB tape to secure the wireless charger you bought to the desired location. To do that, attach the wireless charger to your phone first, peel the backing tape off the 3M VHB, and stick it to the wireless charger exactly as how you would put the phone in normally. Remove phone, firmly push the charger to your stock phone holder for good 30 seconds or so. And you're done.

Never understood why people need to put their phones up high in the line of sight when there's CarPlay/ Android Auto.

I'm just looking for somewhere to put it instead of the wireless charger. It's too far out of sight and hard to get in and out when I keep my cupholder's all the way forward. It doesn't charge well either -- kind of worthless.

I'm looking at a magnet to place my iPhone 17 on maybe in between the screen and dash surround above the vent. My son has one in his older Lexus and I just popped in on there when I drove it. Worked great.

I just wondered if anyone had used one.

How is it that no one has mentioned BulletPoint yet?

Never heard of them. I checked out the website but didn't see any magnetic holders for the '25 Ram. Did I miss something.

I have always liked proclip mounts. They are simple and clean.

I have tried the bullet point that others are posting. They look cool but are very big and bulky.

so i had one of those you described on my 4runner before and tbh, putting it where the stock phone holder is not that big of an annoyance.
the wireless charger from factory is terrible because it is not a quick charger. It is a wireless charger running on historical spec.

i do run a dash mount and holder with arm to mount my iPad for off pavement navigation, simply because wireless carplay does not work well with Gaia GPS at all.

Parts used:
ICS Fabrication Ram 1500 Dash Mount - Made in USA
67Design device holder and arm - also Made in USA - they do have magnetic holder if you prefer.

Bulletpoint is much cheaper than 67Design, BUT it is not the original company and also not made in USA.

Try Course Motorsports.
They have a few options that clip into the upper center stack edge near the Driver's or Passenger's center vents (very tight, no movement at all) and can use a number of magnetic phone mounts, including one with chargers.
I've had both R&L mounts installed for almost two years without any problems whatsoever. I like that it's high enough to see (for JBV1 or GMaps apps, etc) but not too high to block any vision.

Quite easy to install, and then bullet proof thereafter.
