I didn’t use spacers, but instead used Dobinson 2” lift springs and haven’t had any issues with my 6’4” CC.

What sort of issues have people had?

Thanks …. I’ve heard traction control and shaft binding issues with the 2pc rear shaft …. Glad to hear you are good …. How do you like the Dobinsons ? Heard ya get a lil more than 2” out of them ?

I guess I should say I haven’t had problems yet…hopefully it stays that way. I’ve put about 1,400 miles on since I got the lift. Some rutted forest service roads is the roughest she’s seen so far.

I didn’t take measurements before or after, but it might be a bit more than 2”. I got the stiffer of the two springs Dobinson sells in the US (I think they’ve got three weights in Australia). Loaded up with a rooftop tent, fridge, rack, and gear (along with the Retrax cover that’s always on it), I’d say the rake is just about perfect.

So far, so good. But now you’ve got me nervous.

I don't think the Bilstein's alone give you and rear end lift. I have had the front and rear's installed for the last 30k miles with no issues.

2019, ORP, CrewCab, Longbed.

They don’t …. Using a spacer back there, along with a new Hellwig
