Hey everyone. I have been looking at clips of what's on the market. So far to me, the AWE 0FG and Corsa Sport cat backs sound the best. Anybody have either one installed on a SO engine? Not sure of the popularity of AWE vs Corsa either. Thanks!

This is just my opinion The first I did when I bought my 2021 limited with the 5.7 was have magnaflows installed, The last thing I would do is change the exhaust system on a Hurricane. I don't think a truck should sound like a civic with a fart pipe.

Very helpful thanks

I agree the AWE seems to provide the best sound on Hurricanes.

Historically they were one of the only ones capable of making an EcoBoost exhaust note bearable.

Yes, everyone knows it won’t sound as good as a V8, but for those that want some character out of their Hurricane, I think AWE is probably a good bet. Stainless Works also sounds nice in clips.

If I towed a lot I’d be more inclined to shy away from an exhaust on any truck engine.

Consider downpipes. Also make power. They will make the sound better. I heard the AWE in person and wasn't a fan of didn't sound as deep as it does on the videos. Stainless works downpipes and mid pipe sound best. No codes due to use of GESI cats.

Just take the straight section of pipe out between the y pipe and the muffler and you'll get to see what it would sound like with an exhaust. It's pretty deep and sounds better just like that than alot of exhausts I've heard. Easy bolt on and off for testing. These trucks are quiet off the downpipes. I was able to drive it around like that without it being too much sounded pretty good before I put on the GT/RHO exhaust.

Kinda liking this stainless works. I dont think Id do anything to my truck other than down pipes though, not looking for more sound

Why cat neck? Why not jut swap out the muffler? Doing that will open up way more options for you..
