Has anyone upgraded their stock exhaust on their 2025? I'm looking for ideas...success stories...I was looking at Magnaflow but if there are benefits received from alternate manufacturers I could be persuaded that way if the sound and HP gains seen are good. Please advise.

Never heard of them but a company called Stainless Works has cool little video on YouTube. Looks and sounds interesting. I don't know how to link but if you look for 2025 Ram exhaust upgrade it should pop right up.

Put a MF on my V6 sounds great.
Have a drone at 2,000 rpm, trying to find someone that knows how to
Install a J pipe.

MBRP is working on one, probably have to wait a few more months. Plan to pair one with a S&B intake.

I wonder how it would sound with just a resonator delete? Would you get the burbles of the RHO?

Anyone tried anything here yet? I'm debating between the magnaflow direct fit performance and the MBRP. I like an aggressive sounding exhaust it's just so difficult to judge by an online sound clip.

Never gonna get aggressive sounding exhaust out of the Hurricane.

Might sound better than stock but let’s be honest after the Hellcat nothing will ever match that aggressiveness.

Tangent: Gotta love the guys that come to this thread just to post absolutely nothing helpful to the OP.

There are a few exhausts available for the SO, nothing for the HO yet. Any HP gains would most likely be minimal, but the sound will absolutely improve since 3.0 TT is a quiet motor. Probably better to wait a few months and allow the aftermarket to catch up. Then you'll get numbers and sound clips to help make your decision.

OMG...that is God awful!!

Is this some kind of JDM RAM!!??

I've heard piped ricers sound better than that..sorry to all Hurricane owners..that was painful!!

Check out some of the black widow mufflers, that with a H pipe before it might get a good sound. That’s what I’ve been thinking

Incorrect. Stainless Works exhaust works with both SO and HO.

Sorry my fault, the one company right now making them on demand. The aftermarket should catch up soon and offer more choices. I do find the 'works with both' interesting, since companies like MBRP have specific exhausts for the SO. Suppose they ask afterwards specifics on the vehicle since if you go to order one there is no ask on engine.

What the website shows is that the cat back alone works with SO, and the HO requires both the cat back and midpipe.

Is that specified on the page anywhere? I'm looking to change mine but not feeling great about 1 option that costs over $2,300 when MBRP would be half that amount of money. Granted I'm certain MBRP isn't all stainless which is probably a lot of the cost, but with no other options....

The SO Hurricane gets a lot of hate for its exhaust note but I think it actually sounds ok if you don’t try and compare it to the hemi or really any v8. It has a decent bit of throatiness to it and cold starts are not exactly quiet. Video clips don’t capture the sound well, in person I think its better. In cabin is another story though, it’s pretty bland. When I compare it to the ford EB, Ram absolutely could have done worse.

I look forward to eventually hearing some of these aftermarket systems in person.

I agree. The Stainless Works setup is expensive and appears to be one of only two exhaust options available right now for the IL6 HO. I have a Borla on my 2020, and I love it. I know the IL6 is not going to sound as deep and bellowed as the 5.7 Hemi, but I'm waiting for a few other options to become available before I spend $$$ on an exhaust. Similarly, I'm waiting for a cold air intake to become available other than the K&N. S&B is working on one (supposed to be in production now and out in the market in April), so I'm waiting to see what other cold air options show up in the coming months. I am also hoping Mopar makes some sort of cold air intake. I have the Mopar on my 2020 and it looks great and works great.

Corsa is releasing theirs soon, that one sounds the best so far that I've listened to online... the stainless sounds like my neighbors raptor which isn't terrible... borla is working on one no idea when will release and AWE is testing one now... I had one on my 2024 AWE makes a very nice exhaust... so there should be some decent and less expensive options for our trucks soon... oh and AFE just released one for the RHO... not sure if that would hook up to my limited HO yet...
