Could very well be, also they haven't been doing their paperwork well in regards to titles, being banned from operating in a few states due to not getting people's titles on time, which makes me wonder if it has to do with them overpricing purchases.

I'd say it has to do more with their business practices than hemorrhaging money. My last DD was an Audi I bought from Carvana and they were great to work with, all except for the title. My temp tag had long since expired when it finally arrived some two month later. They're too big for their britches which will only get worse as they cut staff. I have no experience with others like Vroom but I've heard similar stories from them.
