CarPlay works intermittently.

CarPlay works whenever it wants. Reset/updated iPhone, reset Uconnect, call Mopar and called Uconnect cs.
Absolutely no help from either cs.
It may work for a few days and stops working for a few days. I only used cable connecting into USB hub. I don't have to pair phone, plug in iPhone cable all it takes.
Tried different cables and iphones, same problem. Tried C-USB same problem.
it just randomly stops working. no physical damage, ports are fine. I m in NE PA so i don't drive in extreme heat. Someone mentioned overheated USB hub prevents connection.
Please share your experience fixing such issue
