CarPlay settings

While listening to Sirius with CarPlay connected, any time I get a new text message, I get the audible alert and the screen automatically switches to the CarPlay text message list. Is there a way to simply have the message banner momentarily appear then disappear and not have the system switch over to the CarPlay message list? This is how the 8.4 UC system worked in my 2021.

Maybe turn off the CarPlay notifications for messages on your phone? I’m really not sure

On my iPhone, in settings, bluetooth, find your truck.
Press the info button
Slide Show Notifications to the left (off), see if that works.

Sorry man.
There are some settings in Notifications/Messages. See if changing that around helps!
