Cargo tiedown hooks

Any ideas for just adding tiedown hooks?
Came across bull ring 1066. looks like that it can work. not sure if it can be mounted ad the mid-section of the bed
I don't want to spend a lot of money on RAM cargo organizer / rail

The bull ring 1066 does work for our trucks. I had to sand down a little of the bed Line-X to get them in but am extremely happy with them. You can only put them in the open top holes right above the factory hooks at the front of the bed.
