Cargo Rail Confusion 2019 vs 2021 part numbers similar but not?

New to me 2019 Ram Limited:

According to this 2019 Ram Accessories PDF I need part number 82215285 for a standard 5’7” bed, however I only find this part number attached to 2021+ Models and it’s listed as 82215285AB (AB being the only difference) with online parts sources.

I’ve done multiple searches on here, but came up dry except for a post linking a 2019 owner to an eBay listing with the 82215285AB version supposedly for the 2019+ model year. That’s great…but again a search for that part number today says it’s a no go for me on Canadian MOPAR type sites.

Was there any changes to the truck beds between 2019 and 2022? If not that answers my question and I’m just dealing with updated part numbers year over year. But I can’t be sure.

**TLD;DR does cargo Rail Kit: MOPAR 82215285AB fit 2019 1500 5’7” Rams? And why do many sites say it does not?

The letters at the end really don't matter too much. They are revision letters.

OK, yes that’s what I just found out too. Quite a few sites list them as incompatible with my Model but I managed to get a local dealer to order them up and confirm we were good.

So if any Canadians are confused by conflicting info, as Vincent just pointed out, that part number works>
