Cargo light replacements

I have the Lasfit cargo lights in my 2020. Ram changed the canbus starting 2021 MY and the Lasfit don't work in 2021+ according to their chat. What are the best option(s) for 2021+ trucks? Or anyone use them in a 2021+ Laramie+ successfully?

I installed the Lasfit cargo and 3rd brake lights last week and so far not a single problem.
