Do all three rear seats have the lateches in the seat? If less than 3, what are the locations?

Not the loop by the headrest, but the steel hooks at the bottom.

Yes, all 3 have them. The middle seat, passenger side hook is more offset to the passenger side.

This was very important for us when shopping as well. We not only have 3 grandbabies, we are foster parents so room and function for kiddos of all ages took a very high priority. We quickly bailed on the quad cab for this very reason and went directly to crew cab, and YES all 3 positions have the securement hooks for careats as well as the tether at the top.
