Have the dealer replace the USB hub

Yes. Even though it charges the hub is bad and car play gets messed up

How did u go about it just brought it into the dealer and they fixed it u called for service ?

I took it to the dealer and they kept it for a day trying something, then they asked if they could keep it over night because the hub needed replaced. The next day it was all brand new. This must be something that is common. I have seen some other posts about it on here, and I was also contacted by UCONNECT case management and given a case number in case I wasnt satisfied with the fix.
