Hi all! First time post but longtime lurker. Hey my canopy finally came today. ARE V series. Took 2 months. Pretty happy with the exterior. I will say a bit shoddy on the inside. Here are some pics...

Couldn’t get all the interior shots to load. Seems like most the screws in the aluminum around the windows are over driven and the front window molding doesn’t fit perfect. Not going to make an issue of it though.

Looking forward to this forum!

Looking good!

Unfortunately, what you describe is typical for ARE. I've had 4 caps and 2 lids. Even the highest end cap will not have the level of fit and finish you would want for the dollars invested. I visited their factory when one of my caps went back for rebuild, and there's tons of room for improvement. However, I will say that ARE always stood behind their warranty for me!

Nice... how's the fit along the length of the bed? Does it follow the curve well?

Had a Z Series on my old Dakota, some minor fit/finish issues, but wow... that's damned ugly work on that frame.

Enjoy the cap! I'm holding out for the CX Revo!

The fit along the bed is pretty good. I’ll get some pics tomorrow when it is light. I was in a hurry this afternoon and really didn’t get to go over it with a fine tooth comb yet.

Bummer! I can live with it. Just a little irritating. Overall, it’s pretty nice. Perfect paint match.

Fit along the bed.... overall the exterior is excellent. Interior not so much.

Nice... following that body line was one of my concerns, good to see they didn't just make it a straight line.
And yeah... they need some QC on the inside.
