With all of the ridiculous delays, how many folks have just said screw it and walk away to a different truck? What did you buy? Im at at almost 6 months and neither the dealership nor FCA can /will provide a delivery date.

Went through the largest volume dealer in country. One guy posted he put his deposit down in Jan and got his last week. As much as I like the truck build, I'll probably grab something as a competitor drops another incentives if I am still waiting. Even start looking at used trucks.

I ordered my '26 Ram Laramie 3.0 on 1/3. It was produced 1/26 and arrived at my dealer near the end of Feb. The dealer held it for me until the bad weather broke. I took delivery on 3/9.

I've never ordered a vehicle. I've always found one I can live with, found I get better deals that way.

I plan to possibly try the same way in the future: Wait until last years models have good prices. I got 20% off on my new '23 in late March of '24 when the '25 was about to come out. This took a lot of shopping online and watching the prices. I kept track of who had previous year models that I liked.

Understandable if you have some specific options that wouldn't normally be on a vehicle.

I love the price watch most sites have now. I probably set four or five depending on what's available. It's how I got my '25. I had several makes and models set up, but I was driving across town when the alert popped up from the Ram dealer. My '21 never made it home.
