Canada: can we order a TRX with a discount???

I have been patiently waiting to buy a brand new TRX and after constantly watching, it appears now (not sure when this changed....) one can go online and build a TRX. When i did, it also applied a $13,000 or so DISCOUNT.

I guess my question is, has anyone actually ordered one to spec and got it for the price online? Yes, I could go to a dealer but after the games they've been playing with their customers, I've lost confidence and respect for them.
