Can I keep my old, warranty replaced rims??

My dealership agreed to replace my factory wheels under warranty. Am I entitled to keep the old ones? Or is it like an insurance claim and they are entitled to them??

I am by no means an expert, but in my opinion the dealer owns them.

Stellantis(FCA) may tell them to scrap/destroy them, or they may want them back for inspection. You can ask and see what they say.

If they're replacing them they are taking the old ones.

They are exchanging them, The old ones are theirs.
