Camera fuzzy

I have had my rebel for 2 weeks and this morning the back up camera was all fuzzy. Anyone else have this happen? Any at home fixes?

Have you tried wiping off the lens on the tailgate?

Maybe water got into it. So this morning, I found that the handle on the tailgate was not seated/installed properly (see picture). Now I'm afraid of water getting into it bc that's where the camera is; and of course it's raining today. Only had it for 10 days, just noticed it. I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow to make sure they will fix it for me.
