Does anyone have the diagrams for how the front/door/rear camera cables are routed and connected to the image processing system and the screen?

The wiring is typically integrated into the door harness that runs to the body jamb plug. From there everything is wrapped in under dash master harness. I dont have a diagram but do know the camera wires are small and black micro coaxs.
