Buzzing sound from engine area when coasting

I've had this sound coming from under the hood of 2019 Ram Limited. Sounds like a fan or a buzzing type sound that only goes when I'm coasting no matter the speed. Doesn't happen when I'm accelerating. Dealership said it was the MDS. Had all 4 replaced and the sound is still there. Now they are saying it may be a lifter problem. They seem confused because everything is working fine other than this sound. No ticking from engine either. Anyone else have this issue or have any ideas as the dealership is not much help right now

No E-torque. Has 81,000 miles on it.

Yep! They said that they haven't seen this before. They are not sure but it could be the lifters. That would be a big job to do on just speculation.
