Bushwacker Fender Flares do not really fit on my truck

Hi,
I mounted the fender flares on my truck. Unfortunately, I have a gap on one side and I don't know what I can do. Does anyone have a tip for me? Maybe I should heat the parts or do I break something there?
I took a picture of each side so you can see the difference.

I would contact Bushwacker and let them know about the issue. You shouldn't have any gaps. They are supposed to sit snug against the body.
