Built to serve Ordering issues??

Is anyone else having issues with trying to put in orders for the Built to Serve? I have been working with the dealership for last 2 months and there is constant issues getting the order in. This past week they are now saying there is a glitch in the system. Where anyone trying to put in a order for a Ram it would automatically add the Built to serve package. So they have disabled the built to serve package. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I talked to my local dealership about ordering a Coast Guard edition BTS and there’s no option for them to select the BTS package. I have them and the dealer I bought from working on if they can order one for me.
