Brakes Howling

I just purchased a 2019 Ram Rebel V6 Quad cab 4wd and when I park it for a bit and then go to back out of driveway the front brakes howl until I drive it a min down the road. Also when I let my foot off the gas pedal it feels like the front brakes are dragging and when I turn corners it feels sluggish and bogged down. I'm looking to see if anyone has a TSB number I can refer to when I take to the dealer?

There is one, don’t have the number. Believe you get new rear caliper brackets and pads. I’ll see if I can find it.
