Brake pedal dripping

Hey everyone. Noticed some drips of an oily substance on my floor mat from the brake pedal im assuming. Im pretty sure it's oil based like grease because its for sure not water. Anyone else have that? Also my brake pedal makes a noticeable clicking sound if i even put my foot on it. I looked under there and saw maybe like a hollow grommet on the pedal but im not sure how it's all supposed to look

You should be able to find several threads about the clicking pedal.
Oil dripping, have not seen that mentioned.

My brake pedal that’s not click, when I go from break to gas my gas pedal does bank a clicking sound
