Yes but its called a "brake" controller not a "break" controller.

Does anyone know where the wiring harness is? I'm trying to plug in an aftermarket unit and cannot find the factory plug? Any suggestions? Picture would be amazing

Who is towing about 5-6k lbs? What brake controller number so you have the stock controller set to?

I was researching this prior to purchasing my Ram as a dealer had a vehicle without the brake controller. My understanding is that it will work but you will not have the display on your dash.

I installed the Mopar unit in mine, then had the dealer program it and I have the display now.

Yes, the Mopar brake controller is plug and play with reflash. I remember seeing an installation vid on here somewhere, or maybe it was on YouTube.
