Finally added bora spacers. 1in upfront, 1.25 rear. For anyone curious I posted pictures. The protruding factory studs fit inside the oem wheel cavities without touching the wheel. Wheels are 22s from a limited and tires are nitto recon grappler 305/45. 20230227_135510.jpg 20230227_140849.jpg 20230227_132233.jpg

Great looking truck! Those morimotos are stunning IMHO, I have them on my truck as well. Such a clean, simple design.

With the wider spacers in the back, does that basically put the front tires equal distance out from the fenders as the back? Just curious why you went that extra quarter inch on the rear.

Thank you! I love the morimotos, talk about you get what you pay for. Design, function, and quality 👌.

The front track width is slightly wider for sure. I was running cheap autozone 1/4" spacers in the rear only, before the boras. With the bora staggered set up I think it's visually perfect. However I have not taken a ruler and verified for sure.

*According to google*
2020 RAM 1500
Track width
68.5″ front, 68.1″ rear

I'm getting ready to order some bora's as well so that's good to know. I'll probably do 3/4" in the front and 1" in the rear then, been putting it off because I know I'm going to end up having to shave my factory studs with such a small spacer.

Lenzotik I’m in the same boat. Looking to do 3/4” from and rear, but don’t want to cut the studs. Thought about 1” or more, but don’t want that much poke.
If anyone has 3/4” or 1” pics please share.
Any idea how hard it will be to cut the studs?

I had this problem on my jeep and just had a mechanic cut them down to the needed length. He's gone now though and other guys I've talked to don't want to do it 🤷‍♂️

Depending on your wheel type, stud cutting isn't necessary.

I have Bora 3/4" front and 1" rear spacers with OEM Rebel wheels. The pocket depth is 1". No cutting.

3/4" front 1" rear Bora spacer on my stock BTS wheels and tires. With my wheels, I actually had to trim the studs both front and rear. The rear just barely kissed the pockets on the wheels. If you have a hacksaw, sawzall, or bandsaw, that's the best way to trim the studs. On the rear, I just knocked the unthreaded "nipple" off

I’m starting to lean towards 1” or 1-1/4” rather than 3/4”. My local shop is thinking 3/4 would be best to keep them flush. I may want just a little poke.

I guess that depends too on whether you have fender flairs; I don't, so I need less spacer to get the look I'm after.

You make a good point on the flares. I don’t have them either. Silver billet, what “look” are you going for?

Without flares, anything more than 1/2" will give you some poke

I just swapped my factory wheels back on so I can polish my other wheels and used my 2" bora spacers on my factory wheels. I kind of like the look, because its been a while since I had my factory wheels on.

I have a brand new set (4) of BORA 1.5" spacers for sale. They have zero miles...they were mounted once and immediately removed. Best offer...DM me is interested.
