Anyone had to pursue resolution with BonusDrive through higher-level channels? Bought the truck in June, submitted the application right away, it is *still* in processing. There were multiple calls from my side, more-or-less weekly last couple months. BonusDrive acknowledges it is not normal, acknowledges it is way beyond the advertised processing time, and it is "in review with management". At the same time, it refuses to disclose what the problems are or how to address them. Every time I call they promise "management will call you back in 3-5 business days with all the details". Every time, target date comes and goes, I call again, and process repeats. At this point, even devoid of any personal frustration, this is fairly objectively a business process issue - they have had my application for half a year, without any progress, ability to move it forward, or ability to tell me what the problem is.

Who does BonusDrive answer to? Anyone had to go around their normal communication channels? In my case, the reward was AllState-based, so I assume this is joint promotion by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. and AllState Corporation. Should I just write to their corporate addresses with details of the case? Anyone aware of the better channels?

I haven’t heard of problems that bad. I know @Rampat had a difficult time and had to follow up many times. I’d try the corporate channel but also keep banging on them. Tell them you want to hold for a supervisor. I wonder if your Allstate agent might be able to do something?

I submitted mine in the beginning of October. I JUST NOW got the email that it was sent via USPS. It does take time, but I think that's excessive.

They said 8-10 weeks, mine came after 8 weeks about like yours, what's the issue with free money.

Just letting him know, and I guess you're right, no complaints for free money.

I filed 2 of them 2nd week of October and got the checks about 2 weeks ago. Other than a couple of round and rounds with sending them info it wasn’t bad. they Were right on their 8-10 weeks

I bought in Sept.. filed first of oct and got my check yesterday

I sent mine in the mail today. Included filled out form and included registration for my mustang gt for proof of other brand. Anything else they will likely need?

Folks, thank you for all the replies. Mine got stuck for whole bit longer. Submitted July 1st, so 22 weeks so far. BonusDrive themselves admitted something happened, and the application is in management review. As an update, I received call today telling me it was approved, and I will receive check soon. On one hand, that's the first positive status I heard from them, on the other hand, this isn't the first time they told me they will do something (usually call back) and did not follow through.

In my case, they asked me for purchase agreement scan out of the blue about a month after I submitted the forms, which I promptly provided.

I'll believe it when I see it. Scratch it, given the experience, I believe it when I deposit it, and it does not bounce. Fingers crossed.
