Would appreciate some knowledgeable help from members, and I appreciate any responses!!

The uconnect bluetooth disconnects are quite simply staggering and everyone at the dealer/fca plays possum. Shoulder shrugging gaslighting responses from dealer is exhausting so I'm looking for others who have managed a solution or can at least offer some information. Screen shots attached.

I've done a ton of leg work and I've been at it for 8 months trying all the magical things dealers and Youtube say to try .......multiple times.

1. In the UC5 system, can I see system error logs? I can access dealer mode but can not see any log data. It must be written somewhere in the system?

2 Has anyone remedied (through dealer or otherwise) a solution to the bluetooth errors that have plagued these UC5

Info on the above would be awesome and appreciated, thank you! - Screenshots taken from camera mounted in vehicle.

I know this isn’t a solution but I’m just trying to help by eliminating things and gather more information.

What is the model and iOS version of the phone and have you tried different phones? What happens if you try CarPlay over a usb cable instead of wireless? Does this happen year round or only when it’s hot outside (could it be the phone be over heating?). What year truck do you have?

I’ve personally not had this issue and use wireless CarPlay almost daily. Not defending uconnect either because it has done plenty of strange things to me also.

Just trying to help....IS AWESOME. Thank you.

Info below. Despite all "pertinent negatives", the messages and behavior are exactly the same. The only consistent thing is the error messages being received. always the same. Info Below

- Phone: Samsung S24FE running current Android 15 and Current security patches - Running Android Auto but issue also verified when a friend connected an iPhone
- Multiple Android phones used and one iPhone (unknown iOS - friends phone) used.
- Connected to USB and more stable but only can be used after Bluetooth fails and then restarts while plugged in.
- No temp concerns from phone or vehicle. Has been happening since I purchased truck in January. No extreme temps ever.
- 2022 Dodge 2500 Laramie 6.4 Hemi
- All other things tried. Soft reset, hard reset, remove battery leads, verify software from all devices.
- Bluetooth antenna apparently replaced

That's why I'd like to just access the system logs of UC5. There has to be a trail of data somewhere and even if a device like some sort of ODB reader type-thing is required, I'd get it!

Well you’ve certainly covered all the things. I’m assuming you are out of warranty so replacing the radio is out of the question.

Since wired is more stable I think I would try ordering an android box that supports wireless AA and Carplay and plugging it in. The device will handle the wireless connection for the phones but link to the car via the wire. It also can give you full screen AA which is why most people order them. The one I’ve been watching for a price drop is the carlinkit tbox plus. There are quite a few forum posts saying it works around the AA missing full screen issues. So that could be an added bonus if it fixes up the major issues.
