Traded in my 22 for a new 25 Laramie level 2 with a 14.4 screen. I'm finding what I believe is the Bluetooth connectivity causing what I feel is a lot of audio stutters or drops. Sometimes it'll play fine for minutes other times it'll keep doing it for short times. Might be a quick half second drop or stutter might be a group of them in a row that makes it sound almost like static or cutting out for a moment.

I initially thought maybe it was just my android phone but the wife who uses an iPhone and carplay instead of me using Android Auto says she is experiencing the same problem when she drives it.

Playing XM seems fine. I do need to test outside the Android auto and carplay environment using direct Bluetooth. I do feel at times when the screen refreshes or changes that I have seen the stutters but other times definitely there is no correlation.

I'm willing to bet if I take it to a dealer they're going to tell me it's the phone but I've been able to reproduce this now with at least two. It's not a constant problem where it's doing it all the time but it's pretty darn frequent

Thoughts of others have experienced this and what they have found

I've had my 25 Laramie lvl 2 for not quite 3 weeks and I'm having the same issue when playing music through android auto. It's not a huge problem, but it is annoying.

I am experiencing the same, 25 Big Horn level 2 w/ 12" screen and Alpine. It's annoying as hell to be listening to a good song and then a few intermittent cut outs as you describe.

Im not rushed to take it to dealer just for that but will have them check it out when I take the truck in for the 1st oil change, currently at 4 weeks and 2000 miles.

Been happening to me as well. I assumed it was because my phone battery was low. Deleted the phone and only use bluetooth. Seems to be working for now.
