Bluetooth audio delay

been struggling with the audio delay everyone always talks about nothing new. tried everything turning off ad whatever it is can’t remember changing the audio codec to sbc and turning off hd audio and it not saving. just want to resurface these discussions, has anyone found a permanent fix whether that be changing something with the uconnect 12” or a setting that saves the developer settings on android?

I don't have any kind of audio delay... UC5 with Android and BT only.

Audio codexs are unique to your exact phone, doesn't matter that it's android and on older versions it would let you select ones that you phone doesn't even support and it would just default back.
You could try changing avrcp and map in dev options. It's more of an incompatibility with your phone and the head unit. Your fix (if any) is not likely to fix it for someone else with a different phone.
