Blue tooth audio not loud

Difference between my radio volume & songs played via blue tooth is like night & day. Any way to rectify this without an amp?

There are apps you can download to your phone that will increase volume, equalizer, etc. Can't recall which one I had but, it was a bit too much and would easily distort.

This is a late response but it might help others. You might check the equalizer or output settings on the app you use to play music. Maybe a pre-amp setting has been turned down on your phone.
