Blue Assist Button and Red SOS Button not working!

Hi everyone, so I recently switched from the 8.4 Uconnect with NAV to the 12.1 Uconnect in my 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn and everything works with the switch however, before I had the Blue assist button working and the Red SOS button working but after the switch none of my Uconnect features are working. Has anyone had this happen and does anyone know if it’s a dealership fix or a SiriusXM guardian fix? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Each radio has a unique ID; do you have siriusxm working on the new unit? If not, it may not be connected to the service. Just my shot from the hip.

Yeah, I reached out to them and gave them the new ID when I transferred my services to the new unit. They said it’s activated on there end so they want me to take it to the dealership to have them look at it.
