Blind Spot Monitoring Module - Plug and Play replacement?

Hi all,

Anyone now if these are plug and play or if they need to be flashed/programmed by a dealer when replaced?

Cracked taillight and condensation ( hopefully) causing blind spot monitoring alert, screen to go black, front windows to not work, and heat to turn on by itself.

Nice. Thank you! I keep seeing the modules on ebay, looking like OEM part, with notes that say "Needs to be programmed"

If you go to this post, it explains how to add it BSM. That would give you some idea of what needs done.

The following is to be used as a guide on how to install ACC, FCW, Lane Assist, Auto High Beam headlights and rain-sensitive wipers in your 5th Gen Ram 1500, also known as the Advanced Safety Group. Yes, that's shouldn't be an issue. The PDF document on that post explains everything about it. It's not tied to your Vin so you should be fine.
