Have to ask i mean the 4th gens blackouts had black lugs. Only thing is 5th gen is a 6 lug now

To the best of my knowledge yes, but make sure they have a “cone seat”. That means the lugnut has a wide beveled cone on the open end.

2019 have 6 lug m14x1.5 treaded acorn style. All wheel so yes will work with any stock wheels.
