200 to refinish vs 1500ish to replace. I think that's pretty fair.

Full disclosure, that's a guesstimate on replacement cost based on industry standard average

From 10 feet away, I bet it looks fine. From the drivers seat, you don't even need the model paint.

Those oversized rims with rubber bands wrapped around them will get more dings and scrapes. Fixing them is like putting the cherry back in a virgin, it's just going to get popped again.

Get some 18" rims and appropriate sized tires. A decent amount of sidewall will keep the rim protected from dings like a fat girl keeps her cherry!
