What to use to clean on the Black Rebel Exhaust tips?.. Can these get pitted?.. And can you scratch them with too much of a abrasion?

I usually just wipe them down with some detail spray after I’m done with everything else.

I use WD40 on an old rag , it cleans off any tar spots and baked on grime and shines them up nicely.

I haven't tried the WD40 trick but I will definitely try that next.

I have had good luck with a clay bar to get all the road grime off then buff with wax. I will be curious to see which method works better.

I'd bet money that the WD-40 is much faster ;)

The WD40 cleaning usually takes me about 2 minutes, and they do look nice afterwards. I have been using this trick for years on exhaust tips.
