Hey guys,
I'm looking for some aftermarket black exhaust tips I can bolt on to the stock exhaust for my new Ram.
I see most aftermarket places only have these for the 4th Gen trucks, anyone have any ideas for 5th Gen...or is it simply a matter of waiting more time for them to come out?

You could save yourself $173 and plasti-dip the stock chrome in black. Just my .02
Would have tried, but my tips already dented (don't ask) so may as well get what I want this time around.

I put my Black Carven tips that I had on my 16 Ram.
Came out great, I just need to center the drivers side a little more. Snowing and sleeting here today so good enough till tomorrow. I just put them on today so a lot happier over the stock tips. Plus I already had them so it was a NO brainer over ordering new ones.

Should mention that they changed the connection pipe size from 4th gen to 5th gen. So you will have to cut the tips behind the cans and weld them to the connection pipes from the 19.

Plastidip hold up ok in heat though?
Yeah I did it then ran it for a while then drove then the car wash holding the blaster on it. Theres a guy on youtube with a procharged ram 4th gen and he did a year and some change update showing how its holding up.

How hot do these get? Think vinyl wrap would work? I'm thinking the melting point is too low, but would love to try a carbon fiber look.
