Black Appearance Package Issue

Hello everyone. First time poster. I purchased a 2019 Big Horn with Black Appearance package and Level 2 equipment group about a month ago (Love it!). After I took possession, I noticed that the vehicle is missing the Dual Exhaust with Black Tips. When I checked the window sticker it shows the black appearance package ($1895) but shows only 7 of the 17 items in the package (according to the RAM website), and is missing the Dual Exhaust with black tips. Can they only sell you part of the package and still charge full price? I have a case in with Ram Care since the dealer is refusing to do anything unless directed by RAM. Any insights/advice or experience with this sort of thing?

Do you have the V8 or V6? I don't think any V6 comes with dual exhaust tips.
