As the title says, I've got the ORP, and I'm planning on installing Ready Lift UCAs, with Bilsteins set to Clip#4. I'm not going all the way up to #5 since I have the 6'4" bed with a Retrax Pro rolling cover with Yakima racks... and I usually keep gear in the bed, so I want to keep some rake.

I have my wheels and tires ready to install as well (Method MR 304s in 18x9, -12 and Firestone Destination XTs in 35x12.5).

I'm expecting to have a little bit of rub at full lock, but I'm hoping that massaging the inner plastic will solve it without having to trim metal.

Anyone see any pitfalls in my plans? I'll post some pics after the install on Tuesday.

No pit falls. Your choice to go with circlip 4 is a good idea with your cover and gear loading. Also a great idea to throw some UCAs on. One word of caution: the RC UCA is rated for 3-3.5” lift. You’ll be at 2.5” (1” off road package + 1.5” bilstein #4). Haven’t seen anyone do this with those UCAs yet but I doubt it’ll be an issue it’s just a half inch anyhow.

I have the Ready Lift UCAs, not the Rough Country UCAs. The RL's are for 2" lifts and RC's are rated for 3 to 3.5" lifts.

It is a concern of mine, which is why I posted. I'm sitting in the middle of the two.

The readylift arms with the 2” kit are the same arms provided in the 3.5” kit if I’m not mistaken. You should be perfectly fine with the ready lift arms.

I only have 400miles now on my setup but my Readylift UCAs and Bilstein 5100s on clip 5 feel great so far.

How is the height? Level, nose-high, rake?
Here are my before/Afters. 2021 Rebel
Before: Factory Bilstein 4600s, ORP
After: Bilstein 5100s setting 5, RL UCA, Icon +1.5" Rear Coil Spring
I put a few hundred miles on it this weekend and it is pretty damn close stock ride. If I am looking for something, i feel like the back end feels slightly looser going around an exit ramp etc. but this could be me digging for something, I only had a few hundred miles on the truck total before this switch. So far I am happy.

Just picked it up (Excuse the blue on the tires). I'm definitely rubbing at full lock. I'm definitely feeling more of the road now, doesn't feel like a cushy Caddy anymore. The ride feels like a truck, BUT I can't stop looking at it! The -12 gives just the right amount of poke. The truck looks "correct" to me now.

So, Method Racing MR304's in 18x9, -12. Firestone Destination XTs in 35x12.5. Bilstein 5100's (front and back), set to Clip#4.

Thanks to Troop2865 and z0n3 for the inspiration and answering my questions!

Just an update. The suspension has settled, and I'm nose-high now about an inch in the front, compared to the rear wheel well.

I thought the front would've come down a bit after the install, but it never did. When first installed, I was practically level, with just a tiny rake (perfect). The rear has definitely dropped after 4 months of towing my boat, hauling backyard loads, family trips, etc. I'm an inch low in back during my everyday load.

I'm going to be installing some Timbergrove air bags to bring the butt back up, especially when towing.

Just wanted to give an update if anyone was wondering about how their level kit will/might settle. Keep in mind that I have a 6'4" bed and a Retrax tonneau cover.
